Sellers: we buy houses in almost any condition in the Austin and Texas Hill Country areas. We typically purchase homes from sellers using creative financing, owner financing, or “subject to.” This usually maximizes the sellers’ cash in hand when the transaction is completed

Buyers: we help buyers gain the time they need for credit enhancement, mortgage qualifying seasoning, or to build up the reserves for a down payment. Our buyers typically do a lease-to-own contract with us.
